Donut Rewards Policy

This Donut Rewards Policy explains how Donuts, the promotional reward credits issued by Timbuckdo, are earned, used, and managed on the Timbuckdo platform, including the website and mobile application (the “Platform”).

By participating in campaigns, gigs, or reward programs that provide Donuts, users agree to this Donut Rewards Policy in addition to the Platform’s Terms of Use, Community Guidelines, and other applicable policies.

1. What Are Donuts

Donuts are promotional reward credits issued by Timbuckdo to users for participating in eligible gigs, campaigns, or promotional activities available on the Platform.

Donuts may be used to access discounts, offers, or other benefits made available through the Platform or through participating partners, subject to the conditions of the relevant campaign or promotion.

Donuts are issued solely for promotional and engagement purposes and do not constitute money, stored value, prepaid instruments, or legal tender.

2. Non-Cash and Non-Transferable

Donuts:

  • cannot be converted into cash or monetary value
  • cannot be transferred, sold, gifted, or assigned to another user
  • cannot be exchanged outside the Platform unless expressly permitted by Timbuckdo

Any attempt to transfer, sell, or trade Donuts outside the Platform may result in cancellation of the rewards and suspension of the user account.

3. Earning Donuts

Users may earn Donuts by participating in eligible gigs, campaigns, referrals, or other activities offered through the Platform.

Eligibility to earn Donuts may depend on:

  • successful completion of campaign requirements
  • verification of participation or task completion
  • compliance with the Platform’s Terms of Use, Community Guidelines, and applicable campaign rules

Timbuckdo reserves the right to verify participation and determine eligibility before issuing rewards.

4. Expiry of Donuts

Donuts may be subject to expiry depending on the terms of the specific campaign or promotion through which they were issued.

Where applicable, expiry dates will be communicated through the Platform or within the relevant campaign details.

Expired Donuts will automatically be removed from the user’s rewards balance and cannot be reinstated.

5. Misuse and Fraud Prevention

Users must not manipulate, exploit, or abuse the Donut rewards system.

Prohibited conduct includes:

  • creating multiple accounts to accumulate rewards
  • falsely claiming completion of campaigns or tasks
  • using automated scripts, bots, or other technological tools to obtain rewards
  • manipulating campaign participation metrics
  • engaging in deceptive, fraudulent, or abusive activities relating to Donuts

Where misuse, manipulation, or fraud is detected or reasonably suspected, Timbuckdo reserves the right to:

  • cancel or revoke Donuts
  • suspend or terminate user accounts
  • restrict participation in future campaigns or reward programs

6. No Property Rights in Donuts

Donuts are promotional credits issued by Timbuckdo and do not create any ownership rights, property rights, or financial entitlement for users.

Donuts remain subject to the rules, conditions, and limitations determined by Timbuckdo and may be modified, restricted, or withdrawn in accordance with this Policy and the Platform’s Terms of Use.

7. Modification or Discontinuation of Rewards Program

Timbuckdo may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Donut rewards program, individual campaigns, or reward structures at any time.

Where changes are made, updated information will be made available on the Platform.

Such changes may affect the availability, usage, or validity of Donuts previously issued.

8. Platform Decision Authority

All decisions relating to:

  • eligibility for Donuts
  • verification of campaign participation
  • reward issuance
  • revocation of Donuts due to misuse

shall be determined by Timbuckdo at its reasonable discretion.

Timbuckdo’s decision in relation to reward eligibility and enforcement actions shall be final, subject to applicable laws.
