KYC Verification Policy

This KYC Verification Policy describes the circumstances in which Timbuckdo may conduct identity verification of users on the Timbuckdo platform, including the website and mobile application (the “Platform”).
Identity verification may be required to maintain platform integrity, prevent fraud, and ensure the safety of users, organizations, and partners participating in gigs, campaigns, and reward programs on the Platform.
By using the Platform, users agree that Timbuckdo may request identity verification in accordance with this Policy and the Platform’s Terms of Use and Privacy Notice.
Identity verification may be required for purposes including:
· preventing fraud, misuse, or reward manipulation
· verifying eligibility for participation in certain campaigns or promotional activities
· ensuring compliance with platform security and safety requirements
· resolving disputes or investigating suspicious activity
Verification helps ensure that users participating in the Platform are authentic and eligible for rewards or campaign participation.
Timbuckdo may request identity verification in circumstances including, but not limited to:
· participation in certain promotional campaigns or reward programs
· redemption of rewards or benefits
· suspected fraudulent activity or misuse of the Platform
· verification of student or institutional affiliation where applicable
Users may be required to complete verification before accessing certain Platform features.
Identity verification may be conducted through secure digital authentication mechanisms.
Where applicable, verification may involve:
· authentication through DigiLocker or other government-authorized digital identity services
· secure verification tools or third-party authentication services
· confirmation of institutional affiliation where campaigns require such verification
Users may be required to provide accurate information or complete authentication steps to confirm their identity.
Timbuckdo does not store identity documents such as government-issued identity cards submitted for verification.
Where verification is performed through integrated authentication services (such as DigiLocker), the Platform may only receive confirmation that verification has been successfully completed.
Timbuckdo may retain limited verification results or status indicators for purposes including security, fraud prevention, and compliance with applicable laws.
If a user does not complete identity verification when required, Timbuckdo may:
· restrict access to certain Platform features
· limit participation in campaigns or reward programs
· delay or deny issuance of rewards
· suspend or terminate user accounts in accordance with the Platform’s Terms of Use
Certain features, campaigns, or promotional activities available on the Platform may be restricted to users who meet specific eligibility criteria, including minimum age requirements.
Where required, Timbuckdo may request users to confirm their age or eligibility through identity verification mechanisms, including secure digital authentication services.
Users must not provide false or misleading information regarding their age, identity, or eligibility to participate in campaigns or reward programs.
If Timbuckdo determines that a user does not meet the applicable eligibility requirements, the Platform may:
· restrict access to certain features or campaigns
· cancel rewards issued in connection with ineligible participation
· suspend or terminate the user account in accordance with the Platform’s Terms of Use
Organizations offering campaigns through the Platform may specify additional eligibility conditions, including minimum age or student status requirements, which users must satisfy before participating.
Identity verification processes are designed to protect user privacy and platform security.
Any information processed in connection with identity verification will be handled in accordance with the Platform’s Privacy Notice and applicable data protection laws.
